Yes. You can create your own virtual environments using Unreal Engine. You can import your own assets or download them from the Unreal Engine Marketplace. With the Skyglass Forge plugin for Unreal Engine, you can easily export an Asset Pack and upload it to Skyglass Cloud, where it will be available for you to use in the app.
Yes. Skyglass can connect to any game controller supported by Apple, including an Xbox wireless controller or a PlayStation wireless controller. Apple added support for Nintendo Switch controllers in iOS 16. You can also use an on-screen virtual game controller to navigate the virtual environment.
Skyglass works with the cameras built into your iPhone or iPad.
Yes. You must be connected to data or WiFi with a speed of at least 10 Mbps for the best results. The app streams virtual environments from Skyglass Cloud in real time.
For best results, use a green screen or blue screen to separate the subject of your video from the background. We are working to remove the green screen requirement in the future.
Skyglass is currently only available on iPhone and iPad, but we plan to add support for AR-capable Android devices in the future.
